Yes, it is located at 101 Andrew Place on the corner of State and Andrew. The Varsity is across the street from Rawls Hall and Boiler Market.
2. Is parking available?
There is an on site parking lot at The Varsity. Unfortunately there are not enough spaces for every resident to have one. Therefore they are leased on a first come first serve basis.
3. What utilities are included?
We take care of water, trash, sewage, gas, and heat. Residents are only required to pay for electric.
4. Is The Varsity pet friendly?
We do not allow pets at this location.
5. Where is the trash dumpster located?
A dumpster is located in the parking lot on the backside of the property.
